The full story, by area
Reuse what works
Any process can now become a template. When a process turns out to be worth repeating, save it as a template directly from the process itself — no need to rebuild it from scratch in the template editor. Templates are also easier to reach — a dedicated Templates button now sits next to Create process, so managing them no longer means hunting through a menu.
Importing company templates is more flexible. When you bring a company-level template into a project, you can now adjust contributors and other options as part of the import itself, instead of importing first and editing afterwards.
Favourites and a faster list. Star the processes you work with most and filter the list to show only your favourites. The process list itself now loads page by page as you scroll, so projects with hundreds of processes open quickly instead of loading everything at once.
Clearer details throughout. Dates in process stages are shown in full, human-readable form, version labels are consistent no matter where a file was added from, and paused processes show as paused wherever you meet them — including the Tasks overview and the document list, whose project filter now offers all your projects. Approving a stage with an SMS code is smoother, and a series of small refinements rounds the area off.
Your documents, your structure
Build the structure you need, in place. Create a subfolder directly inside any folder — no more creating folders at the top level and moving them one by one. When you move a document, you can now choose any folder in the project as the destination, not just the folders around it. And improved breadcrumbs — with back-navigation and a clearer current path — make it easier to keep your bearings in deep folder structures.
Uploads that behave. Drag & drop onto the document tree now works reliably, large files upload more efficiently, and if your company's storage is full you get a clear notice pointing to storage add-ons.
An activity log you can rely on. The activity log now records when a file is shared, viewing a document is no longer counted as a download, and the activity list is grouped more clearly and fully translated. When searching inside a folder, you can again choose between searching that folder or the whole project. A series of further small fixes — from version management to shared links — makes daily document work smoother still.
Licence management at scale
Assign licences in bulk. Select several users in the user administration and assign full licences in one step — onboarding a whole team no longer means opening each user individually. If no licences are left, the assignment dialog now offers to buy more on the spot, so you can finish what you started without detouring through another screen.
Expiring licences are easier to keep. If a licence is set to expire, you can now reactivate it directly in the assigned-licences view — no unassigning and reassigning.
Clearer wording, consistent everywhere. The Billing section now uses the same licence names as Users & Licences. In the project settings, the last column of the participants list is now called Restrictions — because that is what it shows: whether a member works without restrictions or has read-only access.
Who's on the project — and who's on the way
Project roles can now be renamed. Fix a typo or adapt a role's name as your project's terminology evolves — without deleting the role and losing its assignments. Working with roles has been polished throughout, in projects and in the company templates alike.
Invitations, visible end to end. When someone is invited to a project, company admins now see that pending invitation in the user administration, clearly marked with the project it belongs to. And the invited person is guided straight to their invitation the first time they sign in — accepting it is now the natural first step.
